The People of the Cave were a group of young believers living in a city overtaken by tyranny and disbelief. As oppression intensified, hiding their faith became harder than dissolving into the crowd. They realized that loyalty to Allah was more valuable than status, youth, or social pressure. When their society’s idolatrous system suffocated them, a quiet longing for migration grew in their hearts. At last, seeking refuge in their Lord, they chose the silence of a mountain cave over the noise of people.
