1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Quran Mate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRESTART ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting in the App.

2. Description of Service

Quran Mate is a mobile application that provides:

  • Audio narrations of stories from the Holy Quran
  • Educational content about Quranic characters and prophets
  • Mood-based Quran verse recommendations
  • AI-powered question and answer features about Islamic topics
  • Progress tracking for your learning journey

The App is designed to be used without creating a user account. Some features require a premium subscription.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Privacy and Data Practices

The App does not track you across apps or websites. We do not collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), and we do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. 5. Subscriptions and Payments

Quran Mate offers premium subscription options that provide access to additional features.

5.1 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.

5.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

5.4 Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of TRESTART or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to: modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the App.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; remove any copyright or proprietary notices; use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent; or use any automated means to access the App.

7. AI-Powered Features

The App includes AI-powered features that provide responses to questions about Islamic topics.

Important Disclaimer: AI-generated responses are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. The AI is not a religious scholar (Alim or Mufti) and its outputs do not constitute authoritative religious rulings (Fatwa), legal advice, or binding theological guidance.

For matters requiring religious rulings, legal interpretation of Islamic law, or personal religious guidance, you must consult qualified Islamic scholars and religious authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The religious and educational content provided in the App is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRESTART, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRESTART and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRESTART regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
