and together the Website Visitors and Mobile App Users shall be the "Users" (and "you" and "your" shall refer to any User).
Important Note: Our Mobile Apps are designed to be used without creating a user account. We do not require you to sign up, log in, or provide personal registration details to access the content.

2. The Personal Data That We Collect
In this section we have set out the general categories of personal data that we process.
2.1 Advertising and Tracking
Our app uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to help us reach new users. When you first open the app, you will be asked for permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
- If you grant permission: We may collect the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to attribute app installs to our ad campaigns. This data is shared with Meta for ad measurement purposes only.
- If you deny permission: No advertising identifier is collected. We use Apple's SKAdNetwork as a privacy-preserving fallback for aggregated campaign measurement.
We do not serve ads inside the app. We do not sell your data to third parties or data brokers. The Meta SDK is used solely for install attribution and campaign optimization.
2.2 Contact Data
We may process data enabling us to get in touch with you ("contact data"). The contact data may include your name, email address, and message content if you contact us via email or a support form.
2.3 Usage Data
We may process data about your use of our website and mobile apps ("usage data").
For Website Visitors: This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, and page views.
For Mobile App Users: This includes mobile app navigation paths, the iOS Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), and information about the timing, frequency, and pattern of your service use. Important: IDFV is a device identifier assigned by Apple that is specific to our app and is NOT an advertising identifier. We use IDFV solely for subscription management (via RevenueCat) and anonymous user authentication (via Supabase). IDFV cannot be used to track you across other apps or websites.
2.4 Special Categories of Personal Data (Religious Context - App Only)
Given the specific nature of our Mobile App (Islamic stories and religious Q&A), your interaction with the content may technically reveal information regarding your religious beliefs or interests. We process this data solely to provide the requested content and AI services to you within the App. Since we do not employ user accounts, this data is not linked to a personal identity profile.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
We may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Operations: For operating our mobile apps, providing services, and managing in-app purchases. Legal basis: legitimate interests and performance of contract.
- Relationships and communications: For managing relationships, communicating with you, and complaint handling. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Research and analysis: For researching and analysing the use of our services. Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interests.
- Record keeping: For creating and maintaining databases and business records. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Security: For security and prevention of fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Legal compliance: Where necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

In-App Purchases: All payments for in-app purchases on iOS are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment information.

- RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy) — Subscription management only

We may disclose your personal data where necessary for compliance with legal obligations, to protect vital interests, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
