Prophet Abraham lived in a society filled with idols, yet he stood alone raising the call of pure monotheism. Years later, he returned with his son Ishmael to the barren valley where he had once entrusted Hajar and Ishmael to Allah’s care. That once-empty land had come to life through Zamzam, and a small settlement had begun to form around it. Allah commanded Abraham and Ishmael to build a sacred House — the Kaaba — which would become the spiritual heart of the earth. This was not merely a construction project; it was the foundation of a worship that would continue until the end of time.
