The people of ‘Ad were known for their strength and grandeur. They built towering pillars and magnificent structures, walking with pride through vast valleys where fierce winds blew. Believing themselves invincible, they felt no need for anyone. Allah sent Prophet Hud to remind them of monotheism and humility. But instead of recognizing that strength comes only from Allah, they saw themselves as untouchable. Hud warned them for years with patience, but most of them closed their ears and shut their eyes.
