When Prophet Adam and Hawwa (peace be upon them) approached the forbidden tree, they immediately felt the weight of disobedience in their hearts. Allah taught them both the trial and the words of return: "Rabbana zalamna anfusana…" You can think of this supplication as the most sincere confession from Adam's heart—and from your own.
