The Mysterious Journey of Moses and Khidr

Prophet Moses was among his people, answering their questions with the knowledge Allah had given him. One day, when asked whether anyone on earth was more knowledgeable than he was, he replied in a way that did not fully attribute all knowledge to Allah alone. Thus, Allah informed him of a servant upon whom He had bestowed a special mercy and deep wisdom. Moses immediately desired to seek this blessed servant and learn from him. Taking his young helper with him, he set out toward the place where the two seas meet. This journey would test not only knowledge, but patience, humility, and surrender.
